Christian has more than twelve years executive search experience within the wealth management industry, for the
past ten years with his own company and prior to this as Head of Private Banking with Korn/Ferry International and with
LAI Worldwide. He gained his knowledge of wealth management with Paribas servicing clients across Europe and the
Middle East, as Deputy General Manager in Monaco and Head of UHNWI in Paris, Head of Private Banking London and
finally as Global Head of Private Banking Middle East. He is a founding member of the British Bankers Association’s
International Private Banking Panel.
Christian is a hands on consultant who personally conducts all assignments in the UK, Middle East and many in
continental Europe whilst ensuring that overall standards are maintained at the highest level by our team. Christian
was born in Sweden of a Swiss-German background and educated in France. He speaks French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
Andrée has been in recruitment most of her professional life in an HR role. Andrée’s banking career started in Corporate banking with
Paribas from where she moved into the private bank where she headed the HR function for France reporting to the head of private banking.
Andrée subsequently moved to Securities Services where she became HR coordinator in an operation employing some 3500 individuals in
16 locations worldwide.
Andrée, who speaks French, German and English, operates from Paris and concentrates on assignments in French speaking areas.
Concha has worked in the search and selection business since 1993, joining Sulger Buel in 2003. Before that she was with
Morgan Stanley as personal assistant to the vice chairman of Morgan Stanley Europe and prior to that to the head of investment banking, Spain.
Concha has also worked for KBL as Executive Assistant within the London Representative Offices of two European banks, in a role which included
their Private Banking Business.
Concha assists the team with European mandates. She speaks Spanish and English.
Britta has worked in the search business for some 15 years and has worked with Christian Sulger Buel for the past twelve years. Britta
started out as a research assistant becoming head of research and then moved on to being a consultant focusing on private banking and asset management.
Britta speaks German, French and English.
Noor brings to the company a long experience in private banking and family offices in Singapore, where her involvement included business
development with the private banks of Société Générale and Citigroup among others. Noor’s high level and long-standing involvement with both
charities and community services has given an extra dimension to her research abilities.
Noor is Singaporean and speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Hokkien and Teochew and has a basic understanding of Mandarin and Cantonese.
Michael has more than 20 years' experience of the international search and selection industry. He co-founded Rochester
Partnership Limited, a city-based firm of head-hunters which covered all aspects of investment banking in Europe and the
Far East, and through associates, in the U.S. and Australasia.
